New arrivals at Cii Stores

New In collects the newest additions to the Cii Stores range, updated as fresh stock comes in. It is a rolling shelf rather than a fixed department, which makes it the fastest way to see what is new across the whole shop without working through the full catalogue.

Arrivals come from right across the store, so this page can hold anything from thobes and kurtas to bakhoor, oud and burners, musallahs, tasbeehs, Islamic books, homeware and gifts. If something here is close to what you were after, the department pages below carry the full range in that category.

Questions and answers

What is the New In collection at Cii Stores?
New In lists the products that have most recently joined the Cii Stores range. It is a rolling shelf rather than a fixed department, so it shows what has arrived lately instead of a permanent category.
How often is this page updated?
New arrivals are added as stock comes in, so the page changes whenever fresh lines land rather than on a fixed schedule. Checking back every week or two is usually enough to catch what is new.
What types of products appear in New In?
Anything Cii Stores has just started stocking can appear here, whatever department it belongs to. Once an arrival has settled in it moves into its usual home, such as the Thobes, Bakhoor or Gifts pages.
Is everything on this page in stock?
Yes. Anything showing as available can be ordered or collected straight away, and sold out lines drop off the page. If the size or colour you want is not showing, the department page will have the rest of the range.
Can I see these products in store?
Yes. Cii Stores is a physical shop in Ormonde, Johannesburg, and new arrivals are usually on the floor at the same time they go up online. You are welcome to come and see anything on this page in person, or order it for delivery across South Africa.
Which brands does Cii Stores stock?
Cii Stores is a multi brand Islamic department store. Alongside a wide independent range we stock brands such as Amaani, Sakinah and Imaarah, and new arrivals can come from any of them.
Can I narrow this page down to what I am looking for?
Yes. The filter and sort controls at the top of the grid let you narrow new arrivals by the options available, such as price or availability. Sorting by price is the quickest way to scan a full page of arrivals.
What happens when a new arrival sells out?
Sold out lines drop off this page automatically. Popular items are usually reordered, so it is worth checking the relevant department page, where the full range for that category sits.
Are new arrivals suitable as gifts?
Many of them are, and new stock is often the first place to look for something that has not been given a hundred times before. Our Gifts pages group items by occasion and by budget if you want a narrower starting point.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Standard shipping is R160 and orders are delivered within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery is free on orders over R1500.
Can I return an item from this collection?
Yes. Non consumable items can be returned within 7 days in unused, unopened condition and in their original packaging. Please note that sale items are non refundable.
