What is the Amaani Drift Short Sleeve Thobe?
It is the short sleeve version of Amaani's hooded Drift thobe, keeping the signature zipper, chest detailing and relaxed fit while cutting the sleeves for warm weather. It comes in black and white.
How is it different from the long sleeve Drift?
Only the sleeves. The hood, zipper, chest detailing, fit and colours are the same, so the choice comes down to season and preference. Cii Stores stocks both versions.
Does the short sleeve version still have the hood?
Yes. The hood with drawstrings stays, which is what keeps the Drift recognisable in either sleeve length.
How does the fit run?
Relaxed and roomy, the same as the long sleeve Drift. Most men take their usual size code.
What fabric is it made from and how do I care for it?
It is cut in polyester, a fabric that holds its colour, resists creasing and needs very little looking after. Wash it cool, hang it to dry and give it a warm iron if needed.
How does Amaani thobe sizing work?
Amaani sizes combine a length number with a fit letter. The number, 52 to 62, is the length of the thobe, from 133 cm on a 52 up to 158 cm on a 62, and the letter sets the body fit, with S the slimmest cut and the letters widening through M, L, XL and beyond.
