Standard delivery is a R160 flat rate, and free on orders over R1000. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 working days (excluding weekends).
Free in-store collection is available at our Ormonde, Johannesburg store, usually ready within 1 to 2 business days.
Returns on non-consumable items are accepted within 7 days of receipt, in unused, unopened condition and original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened bakhoor and fragrance items cannot be returned. Please email us before returning any item.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and undamaged, safely packed for protection during transport. For hygiene reasons, opened bakhoor and fragrance items cannot be returned, and sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
