The lessons in Aqaaid addresses both the need of Ilm and Imaan (Faith).
The first lesson in this book is on Niyaah, which is more important for the acceptance of all Amaal (good deeds) in the sight of Allah.
Intentions are the prerequisite for the acceptance of deeds by Allah.
As such it needs to be incorporated in all lessons.
The learners need to be reminded daily to check and renew their intention.
Lessons 1 to 9 - the focus being on knowing Allah Ta'ala through His creation and appreciating His Siffaat thus strengthening our Imaan.
The basis of all the lessons in Aqaaid is Allah's Kalaam, Qur'an e Kareem and the sunnah of Nabi (SAW).
- The outcome should be to increase our Imaan.
- To instil in the hearts and minds of the young learners that whatever is done in life is doe with the lenses of imaan.
